IFD

Due to its compact insulation and high thickness, the IFD flexible channel prevents the transmission of air flow sound along the length of the flexible pipe, in addition to reducing the thermal coefficient and not losing energy in the regulations of topic 19.

This channel has an outer layer of 140 micron black PVC, which is highly resistant to tearing and the most resistant pipe in this respect.

The inner layer, like the rest of the channels, is laminated aluminum, which is very resistant to heat and prevents the accumulation of bacteria and fungi.

The insulation of this channel is a layer of 250 grams white compressed polyester, and it is not self-combusting, and it does not emit toxic gases in a fire.

 

180 micron layer thickness includes:

  • The inner layer consists of aluminum strip with polyester
  • The middle layer consists of 250 g compressed polyester insulation
  • The outer layer is made of PVC

 

  • Diameter of high carbon wire: 1 to 1.7 mm (depends on production size)
  • MAX tolerable pressure range: 4200pa
  • Air speed: maximum 30 m/s
  • Tolerable temperature range -25 to +115 degrees Celsius (indirectly)
  • Package size: 6-meter packages are available (depending on the need, they are produced in the desired size)
